Universal credit review

I've just had a note on my journal saying about a review I have just already stuff about savings now I'm proper worried when I claimed I never had savings and over time decided to open one at my bank totally forgot about telling universal credit as my memory isn't the best I have bad mental health it's never been more that 6k and even combined I don't ever think it has I just wanted to save something my mental health isn't at its best and I never really checked my journal too complicated now I feel I'm going tk get in to a lot of trouble as I move money back and forth to try not spend it all on rubbish I don't want to get in to trouble but I know I may now it's really scary and I don't know what to do I'm only 22 and it's really affecting me badly I'm not hiding anything but what will happen tk me please
