New claim advance and lcwra and tp

hi my friend applied for an advance and the lcwra or tp wasn’t added so only gave her basic allowance advance… I did my claim last week will my lcwra and tp be added when I have phone call tomorrow to verify my identity? For my advance payment if it won’t be how long till they add these migrating from esa support group? So I can have higher advance?

    @Lostsoul13, It can take a while for additional elements such as LCWRA and TP to be calculated, and in some cases these are not calculated until after the end of the first assessment period.

    If they are calculated ahead of the end of your first assessment period, they may increase the amount of the advance offered to you.
