Here's how to download PayPal statements:

    1. Log in to your PayPal account: Go to paypal.com/reports/accountStatements.
    2. Access Reports: Click on "Activity" in the top menu, then "All Reports" under "Reports".
    3. Find Monthly Statements: Click on the "Payments" tab, then "Statements – monthly and custom".
    4. Request and Download: Click "Request" next to the month you want to download, and when the report is ready, click "Download".
    5. Custom Statements: You can also request custom statements with specific dates and transaction types.
    6. File Formats: You can choose to download your statements as PDF, Quicken, QuickBooks, CSV, or TAB files.

    Hope this will help.

You can't upload anything on your Journal, unless UC have added an upload link on your To Do list - which they do when they need/want something.
