Hi
Could you just clarify - do you mean September last year was the intended date for review/renewal but your payments have continued?
Or do you mean payments finished in September?
If it's the first, I've read they are ages behind in getting round to reviews, so I wouldn't worry about it.
If it's the second, hopefully someone else can keep you right in what you should do.

LCWRA, unlike PIP, is an ongoing award that will continue to be paid until such a time as you are found fit for work/LCW.
Re assessments have been suspended for the majority for several years now, significant backlogs exist within the system as a result.
My last WCA was 2018 and I'm still awaiting the one due in 2020.

thanks for comment . Is there one else with the same experience and having been waiting for a review regarding lcwra ? Didn’t know the back log was that long

My last WCA was in 2018 as well. I have no idea what the review date was set to. I'm not expecting another any time soon. It's an ongoing award as Kimi says.

"I'm not expecting another any time soon."
Wishful thinking.
The damn government have said that they'll reintroduce reassessment.

On ESA they didnt even tell you the review date, I think thats a new thing they do on UC, but as everyone else said the award is ongoing. It will only stop if you request a termination or another assessment makes a new different decision.

the government says they will introduce assessments again ? When is this going to happen is it for people on LCWRA?

Very few LCWRA reviews are happening because they've had to put all their time into the new UC claims and migrations from ESA. You might get reviewed if you're very unlucky, but most of us won't be. Personally, I'm not worrying about it as the chance of a review is so small for most of us.
