Uc claim help

This is a bit confusing as I don't completely understand it myself.
My end date for migration is tomorrow.
I've been chasing sdp since January, after 14 weeks someone finally got back in touch and said they need 6 years worth of bank statements which have taken a life time to sort out and they still are yet to be delivered as I my phone was downloading corrupted pdfs, the bank only does 18 months and I had to call to order them.
I called Citizens advice today, I tried explaining this situation she said I have to ask for another extension I said they wouldn't give it to me as I've already had one.
An hour later it was denied, she said tho I didn't get that I have until the 26th of May to claim because of something.
I said to her I don't understand what she is saying. She tried her best to explain it however it's gone right over my head because lack of sleep.
Could someone please let me know if they know what she is talking about.
Should I just apply online with the information I have now as my cut of date for the migration is tomorrow. I'm scared I've been given wrong information and I'm going to loose my transitional protection from esa.
Thank you

That doesn't sound like an easy situation at all @Lbdf and I must admit it's got me confused as well. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what the advisor is talking about with May 26th. Would it be possible to ask them again and write it all down as they say it?
