hi i have received my review from social security scotland for adult disability payment

and i am still the same from my last review with dwp do i need to add anything or just say still the same on my review form

I'd always suggest filling in review forms as if they were new assessments, as often the assessors won't be looking too closely at previous reports, so it's good for them to have all the information at hand.
