Cameras and therapy
The cmht want me to do group therapy with onlinevand camera.
CaMeras qre connectdd to the abuse , which is the reason why i have ptsd.
There were others apart from ex involved at his hand . So connected with people and sharing in a group is nit something I sm able to do .
I fear is extreme with cameras phone ect even parts of Internet and I'm housebound.
IIt Would majorly impact on mh and wellbeing. My ptsd is rife and I've been asking them to change meds for 5 weeks . I'm taking them for the sake of it just so they can't turn my mh crisis and blame on not taking antidepressants.

Please explain your fears to the staff. They cannot compel you to attend something which would be harmful to you, surely. Best wishes, A

Oh @charlie79 I'd feel exactly the same to be honest. Granted for some people that might help, but it wouldn't me so I completely get how triggering it is for you. Can they not offer you something one to one?
