Unable to respond/Post on threads

Dear Scope Admin,

I believe others may have already reported this, but I wanted to highlight that the forum appears to have completely crashed. Comment boxes are no longer visible, and the “quote” function doesn’t seem to work when trying to reply to other members’ posts.

After some trial and error, the only action I was able to take was to create a new thread to report the issue.

Many of us, myself included, rely heavily on this forum and its supportive community, so I hope it can be resolved soon.

    below. The problem mentioned above seems to only affect the "green paper" thread (see screenshot below). It's working well in the other threads, except for a small lag before the post

    Hi @noonebelieves thank you for sharing this. We're experiencing some issues at the minute with the service but this has been raised, and hopefully they'll have it sorted soon.

    Thank you, much appreciated for looking into this. I noticed you’d responded on this thread, but when I tried clicking on your name, I received an error message. I had to manually scroll through pages to find the thread again. I’m still unable to post or reply to any comments on Scope’s main Green Paper discussion thread. It’s reassuring to know that it’s being looked into, especially after similar reports from several other members.

    I'm having the same issue too @noonebelieves. I've found searching the chat names a bit easier than scrolling through if that's any help. Hopeful it gets resolved soon. 😬

    I've had a lot problems getting onto the threads in the last few days and couldn't use any of them yesterday. Everything seems to have got back to normal this morning, much to my relief. I hope that it lasts!! 😟
