Still recovering from WCA appointment

I am still recovering from my WCA phone appointment…they called me finally for assessment an hour and 50 mins after appointment time .

The questions were very intrusive and I had requested recording and support person on the call…

They couldn't provide that …2 separate IT stations .

I went for the 3 way call but no record of conversation.
