Uc50 wait time

Hi I’ve been giving fit notes to uc since end of nov ( uc period is 10th to the 9th each month ) I applied for Pip in Dec and was awarded standard on both components in March 25. I got a UC 50 form sent to me in Feb and returned it mid March but have heard nothing since ( I’ve phoned and they say it’s with case manager ..) is there a huge delay I live south east ? Thanks
