Urgent need help with Blue Badge Application

Hi,

My mum has to send off her online blue badge application before 6th May and her and I have had difficulty with submitting it. It says that an existing application is already open, it has been saved at certain points. Can anyone know how to fix this problem, please? Thank you for your time and patience.

    Hi @Britvian, sorry to hear your mum's application has been difficult! I haven't come across this before myself but I hope one of our members might have had similar issues and can offer some advice.

    Is the deadline on the 6th of May or before that? If it includes the 6th the best thing might be to give them a ring first thing in the morning to see if they can sort it out for you.

    Fingers crossed you can find a solution quickly!

    Thank you for getting back to me, yes it is unfortunately. I can only email my council transport service, I can’t phone them. Grrrrr Emails!

    i don't think so. how else do you suggest anyone help her. it's what people do. if i see the screen i'll notice how to help her. sorted.

    Our members do fairly often ask for a screenshot in order to understand where the problem might be in order to help @Carpy - so @gemslover was only trying to be helpful. Hopefully @Britvian has got things sorted by now. I could be wrong, but it sounds like they were part way through applying for a BB but hadn't completed their application

    gemslover was asking for a screen share not a screenshot which are 2 different things, asking for a screen share is letting someone view your screen on their pc which gemslover should know being a 'whizz kid' on computers.

    exactly. screenshare is the way forwards. You don't remember all the screens but if you saw them you'd know where the problem is….
