carers assessment

hi all, i m a unpaid carer , i look after my wife 24/7 because she Long term has bypolar schizoafective disorder. from feb my social worker did carer assessment and gave me 1 hour daily a PA that i can go for coffee or gym. i personaly feel myself very low mode because 1 hr is not enough when you look after a mental health person and 3 children.

any advice please what can i do?

Are you still in contact with the social worker? Let them know you need more help.
