my first pip application was refused all the way to tribunal. I reapplied with same info but worded better with help from citizens advice and got pip.

Hi, to Fredflinstone
As your saying you got refused all the to tribunal did you get your pip refused from hearing? Thanks

Yes, first time round I got nothing, including at a very intimidating and neglectful tribunal. I immediately reapplied, with a completely new application, on advice from Welfare Rights and had a paper-based pip on submitted evidence only. I got enhanced daily living (21 points) and standard mobility (10 Points). 1st time round I only got 2 points in total.

Hi @ased444 sorry but replies can sometimes take a while, as people are answering in their free time, so please do not keep tagging one person, especially as they may not be able to answer your questions.
With regard to your last question, this just means they have sent their response to the tribunal, who will then decide on their next move. I believe they now have 30 days to respond, though if you are concerned, the best people to speak to would be the tribunal service or the DWP as we would be able to give you any details on how your tribunal is progressing.

Hi
I understand your saying is that next they respond but what is it meaning saying they sent them to consider? Thanks

It means exactly that @ased444 they have sent the response, now it is up to the other party to consider how they will respond. Basically, they're now waiting for a reply. 😊

Hi
The dwp said they have sent to HMCTS to consider does that mean they sent it to consider for giving pip award or to consider not give pip award? Thanks

Hi
The dwp said they have sent to HMCTS to consider does that mean they sent it to consider for giving pip award or to consider not give pip award and i like to know has anyone got letter like that then they still refused because it sounds like dwp telling them to give award? Thanks

The DWP have sent reasons for NOT giving the award.

It's unusual for DWP to award PIP with a reapplication using same info as before because the assessors look at previous claim documents.
