Ageing on disability benefits, lost hope

I can't cope with all the negativity around disability benefits and news about the upcoming welfare changes. I'm a man age 62 and depend on ESA & PIP.
I have to change from ESA support to UC this week and this has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety, as I don't trust the DWP & have heard horrible stories about people transferring not getting the same money. Also, transitional protection is only temporary. I trued calling CAB helpline but impossible to get through and they didn't call back.
I have multiple health conditions, along with serious mental health illness. I have no support and mobility problems. The only 2 relatives I had lost all interest when my mobility was affected a couple of years ago, despite me previously helping them out in various ways, including financially, over the years.
I'm alone and will likely die if these welfare cuts happen next Nov. I'm due to be reviewed shortly after that date. I feel like a burden and my family don't want to know. I'm very isolated and life is miserable. I may as well be dead. That's what this govt want anyway. I just hope it's painless as I've had enough physical & emotional pain throughout my life.
