Hey there @john91 sorry to hear the assessment is getting to you. Honestly there's nothing to worry about, because it doesn't last forever. 😉
How long it takes depends on how you filled in your forms, they're mostly there to help get a better picture of how your disabilities affect you daily. Mine was over in about 25 mins. Just take your time, have some notes written down so you wont forget anything and just try to breathe.

Hi John, are you ready for your phone assessment? Keep calm and have your notes ready.

Hi Trevor little nervous just wondering since I have a copy of my pip2 form will they go threw the form with me or do I just say things of each activity what I have already written down and no

@Albus_Scope hi thanks for reply will pip only talk about the bits I've filled out in my pip2 form or anything else

The assessor will obviously have the form you filled out and other documentation. The assessor will ask questions about your disabilities and what you can or can't do. Have notes also with bullet points on what you struggle with. I have never had a phone assessment, so hopefully @Albus_Scope will reply too which will help! Keep calm, have a phone in a quiet room where there is no distractions. Best of luck!

Thanks for the tag there @Trevor_PIP 😊
There's nothing to panic about @john91 what they ask really depends on your conditions and what you wrote in your initial form. Usually they just want to clarify parts that you've written, or ask any follow up questions. It's also a good time to mention anything you may have forgotten. As Trevor has said, I always like to have a list of important things I need to mention, in bullet points. Or I know I will definitely forget something.

Keep calm and try not to worry. Do you have the telephone number of the assessment company? Give them a call on Monday and request a female assessor, if they ask why, let them know you can only talk to a female with some of your issues mentioned on your submitted form. You can mention your form is not complete too.

Thanks Trevor il ring up in morning and find out ime getting assessed by maximus is there anything I shouldn't say in a pip assesment (telephone consultation)

Just answer the questions asked about your disabilities and issues and how bad it is for you day to day. Talk about these and mention whatever you feel is important and relevant information. Don't underestimate your disabilities and issues either, which can be done if stressed out. Have a good rest the night before, relax and be the best you can for the assessment. Best of luck and keep us informed how it went.
