hi scope I’m really struggling with my housing and my adhd I’ve move back to my dad but being keeped in a small room like some kind of animal it’s effecting my mental health no end I just can’t seem to see anyway forward I’m stuck on limited capabilities for work but can’t seem to get things moving I know I can’t stay here any longer and it’s time I actually reach out and get the support I deserve please I can’t spend the rest of my life not being understood my dad turned against me since my mums been gone I just want to find myself somewhere more secure where I’m able to try and live my life with this dreaded adhd thank you

Hi sorry to hear things are tough for you. Have you thought about trying to see Citizens Advice? They should be able to post you in the right direction for charities Etc who nay be able to help you with getting rehomed.
