Pip automated line
Hi just a quick question .. I am awaiting a decision letter from pip on a renewal of my current pip award and it seems it's the same amount as I was receiving before .. I got the we have made the decision letter yesterday and upon checking the automated system nothing has changed. Does anyone have experience of the automated line changing after a few days or will this be the actual amount I would receive.. has anyone been told one thing on the automated and recieved a higher amount? Or is this as accurate as could be . Thank you

The PIP automated line isn't always reliable.

I'd wait for your decision letter then you know for certain. If you are expecting a higher award the automated line will not be updated in short time. I have never used it.
