hi does anyone know why I’m still getting ESA even though I am working and earning over the amount your aloud? I’ve told them I’m working and sent a form I didn’t know my hours would go up but over the last few months they have and my health is slowly getting better I thought it would stop automatically because it says online shall I ring them and cancel it?

Hi,
ESA won't automatically know that your hours have increased.
If you previously sent a permitted work form, they will assume you're still on those hours until you tell them about the change.

oh **** I’ll ring them thank you, so I’ll have to pay it back?

Yes, if you were being paid ESA while over the earnings threshold then there will be some to pay back.
