Housing element universal credit.


Hi I’m just wondering what’s my entitlement to the housing element of universal credit. I currently get pip, lcwf and universal credit. As I have no idea how much i can get incase i wanna rent private at some point.

And I’m from Stoke.

    For private rental UC uses your Local Housing Allowance rates.

    Assuming your PIP award includes Daily Living, you would be entitled to the one bedroom rate.

    If you receive regular and frequent overnight care you may qualify for the two bedroom rate.
