UC update underpayment

Update. i received my phone call from UC about my underpayment OF 2 YEARS on the 8th may she told me she was sending it over to get it verify later that day its 14th and I haven't received my letter in my journal as of yet or phone calls I've messaged them twice and they haven't replied anyone know how long this will take please as anyone been in a similar situation to know long long it takes to receive a letter in my journal please Thanks sara
