Universal credit review savings and unspent income

HI im getting confused someone has said im not doing my working out right so for example, my ap is 1st to 31st I get uc on the 7th 727

so I add what's left inmy bank account and savings on the 31st.

So on the 31st December I had 3100 in my savings and 64.70 in my bank do I just add these together =3164.70 for the ap

Then on the 31st of January I had 3150 in my savings and 148 jn my bank do I just add these together 3598 for that month am so confused now.

Please help x
