in Start here and say hello!

Ive got all of this and I am 56 A nd all I think about is next winter and how painful it all becomes, And I no I moan a lot all the time even thou I feel better at the moment, I think of every winter as torture to me for 6 months !!!!

    Hi @garywinter, welcome to the community. Winter is a tough time, isn't it? I know many of us will be able to empathise with how much more painful everything becomes. Do you get any extra support from your GP or specialists when your pain flares up?

    Yes more codien but nothing to make you feel happy Told to give up drinking brandy but no replacement And stop smoking So I am just to sit their taking codien and shut up Sounds great !!!
