Hi I had a telephone consultation yesterday at 1.30 which lasted one hour about half hour after that I had a text saying we've received the written report of your pip can I get a copy of this report I was with maximus

Hi John, Yes you can get a copy of the assessment report, I thought you contacted the assessment company, but you phone the DWP (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) on 0800 121 4433 and request a copy .

Hi I rang maximus assesment company there said they can't send it out it's dwp so I will contact them thanks

Yes you need to contact PIP to request a copy of the Consultation Report. You should receive this with 7-10 days.
