New Style ESA & UC

I’ve had my first UC payment 17 Th May & today my second New Style ESA. I presume the transitional payment & income based UC are then paid on the monthly UC? I did have to query the first UC payment as it didn’t seem the correct amount & it turned out they hadn’t paid the transitional payment & I was owed £272! To be fair they did pay it from UC promptly, but you have to be on your guard. Hopefully it will settle down shortly, have just had an ESA letter saying I need to agree the claimant commitment & tell them how my disability affects my ability to work, really, after all this time?
It’s just classic DWP control & conscious cruelty😭
