Are you happy with the award? If Yes, you don't need to do anything. The money will be paid into her/your account.
If you are not happy, then you can ask for a mandatory reconsideration. You will have to explain why you think your wife should have been awarded different points to those given.0 -
Hi @dil786, onlymeagain has covered it - if you're happy with the award then you don't have to do anything at all.
If you'd like to challenge it, there's some information about appeals on the Scope website:

No actually we are not happy with mobility standard rate because they just wrote me because your wife stay most of time at home that's why. I m surprised how they can say this, Is it easy to ask for mandatory reconsideration?
I m so confused

Hi @dil786 - PIP is about how you are the majority of the time, so, if your wife rarely goes out, then she should have scored for descriptor e) which would be 10 points (standard rate)
If this isn't true, then she might score for descriptor f) which is 12 points (enhanced rate) if most of the time she can go out but would need someone with her because of her difficulties when following a familiar journey
So it's whether descriptor e) or f) applies; one or the other:

Yes when we fill questionnaire those days my wife discharged from hospital she was very low mode, actually our social worker just ask us and fill it we didn't realise that we have to write what happened most of time we just wrote her condition of those days. And also our social worker didn't sent any medical proof, I was so busy with my wife health those days, couldn't able to check, now we have all letters from doctor and nurses, just need help to apply mandatory reconsideration.

Thank you for your reply.
You can write asking for your wife's decision to be looked at again (a Mandatory Reconsideration) explaining why you think the mobility component is wrong as you have done here. Please put her name, date of birth & National Insurance number on each page.
You will find the address to send it to near the end of her decision letter. Get a free 'certificate of posting' from your Post Office which you keep to show when you posted your letter.
