Jacqueline Du Pre - Genius and Tragedy on Sky Arts
I watched this new documentary last night about the utterly captivating Jacqueline Du Pre, the extraordinary cellist player who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis aged 28.
I was expecting the documentary about the painful relationship she had with her sister which I'd watched parts of and wanted to see again but it wasn't that one!
Almost two hours (with adverts) of performances and interviews and I didn't want it to end. A story of passion and survival with music to make your heart whole again.
