Can my Daughter claim UC while im on UC ESA for illness if so how can it affect us?

Good afternoon everyone, im new to this forum and it has been rated a great place for advice.
I am currently Claiming PIP/UC for sickness and my wife is my Carer. After Christmas my daughter was finished from a agency due to it being a temp position. But instead of her claiming straight away she thought she had to depleat any savings she had first before claiming so therefore since finishing at the end of Jan she has not claimed anything.
So my questions is can she claim Universal Credit and if so how will this affect us and things like housing benefit and council tax benefit?
I just need to be ready for anything which was to come out of the woodwork due to this claim.
Thanks in advance.

Yes she can claim UC in her own right.
Council Tax Reduction is decided on at a local level, so we can't advise on individual cases from here. You should update them once your daughter claims.
If you get Daily Living PIP there will be no impact on your Housing Element.
