Wrongfully put on child protection

I want to know if anyone else here had the issue with children's services?....
Briefly...wrongfully put on child protection. No significant harm by parents, instead NHS negligence/misconduct and family is held accountable (scapegoat). Bringing evidence supporting our innocence to the social workers was futile, after a frustration 6 months I made a formal complaint. They ignored it till 6 weeks later they went for care proceedings through manipulating other family members. Then said when in care proceedings they don't handle complaints.
They ignored my complaint to not be held accountable after the awful lies/withheld info they were responsible for.
I miss my kids. They are on an interim care order.
I can't live without them much longer while waiting for a stupid court to hear the crao social services are saying.
II've Been discriminated against for having ADHD also.
Anyone relate?
Thanks.

Hello @seige85,
It’s good that you’ve made a complaint, even though they delayed responding. Social services must still take complaints seriously, even during care proceedings.
You might find it helpful to contact Family Rights Group (they give free, expert advice to families dealing with social services). You might also want to think about speaking to a solicitor who specialises in family law as you have the right to legal aid in care proceedings.
