Struggling with juggling self-employment tasks - Where can I get support?

Hey all,

I realised recently that the reason I'm struggling to get my online self-employment off the ground is that I'm trying to do everything myself with no help.

I'm autistic with adhd and complex trauma, and my executive dysfunction, alongside my limited capacity to juggle everything is why I'm not being as productive as i need to be to generate reliable income.

Ideally, I need to delegate some tasks to someone else, whether it's personal admin tasks like managing my timetable and taxation, or more intense, practical tasks like video editing and website administration. Problem is, I can't afford to hire anyone at the going Uk rate.

All I know of that could help is Access to Work. However, given how the Tories and Red Tories are deliberately running the scheme into the ground, I don't think it's worth the stress of applying. Especially as given, I need to leave the UK for my own wellbeing, anything they do offer would likely require me to stay in the UK (with all the poor mental health, oppression and tall poppy syndrome/crab bucket syndrome culture that comes life in this cesspool country).

The only other option I can think of is using Upwork/Fiverr and similar sites to delegate some tasks to other freelancers, but I'd feel bad underpaying some random person from the global south. I can't afford the current going rates for the average UK freelancers.

i'm also really struggling with the toll of constantly working for free / underearning (also a response to trauma), and i'm not sure what i can do now to manage.

anybody got an advice?
