Has anyone had to attend tribunal again after review from first tribunal win after No Changes

Hi All
I've received my review form for PIP, I won at tribunal 3 years ago and my CPTSD, ADHD, GAD have not changed. Just wondering if anyone has had to attend another tribunal after their first review after winning at tribunal the first time (providing no changes of course) I just can't face another tribunal it made me so much more unwell.

Thank you so much for replying, so you chose to be paper based assessed at your first review and then had to go to the tribunal again? I am guessing you won at tribunal the second time as well? I am thinking of going paper based, I don't think I can face all of this again.

No, I went for f2f first time and asked for paper based tribunal second time, this was during covid but you can request paper based any time, it wasn't just because of covid, i requested it,some say its better to go f2f but I got an extra year via paper based. My third attempt i did an MR myself and got five yr award. I'm due a review v soon.🥺

I won my first tribunal after going for it face to face with the panel, second done via paper based (Which i asked for), third didnt get to tribunal as I was rewarded by Mandatory reconsideration. AND yes I won my pip back at tribunal both times and again the third time after MR.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply again, I am sorry to hear your review is coming soon as well. I am dreading it. Are you going to ask for paper based this time?
I think I am going to request paper based, I had a severe panic attack during the tribunal on zoom and they had to give me a break and I could barely speak. The judge said it was ridiculous my case went to tribunal.

You may not get to a tribunal this time around, so try not to worry about it. Fill your new form out like a new claim detailing your disabilities and how you are affected against the descriptors. Don't just write no change.

Thank you Trevor
Thank you Trevor, I really hope and pray it won't go to tribunal again. It made me so unwell. Thank you for your advice.
