Pip decision after review

Hi all i got this text it says i cant call to find out the decision and the letter can take up to 2weeks, iv tried the automated line theres no change but iv also been told its unreliable, does anyone know if u do have a change on ur entitlements when does back pay go into ur bank after this text as iv heard they usually send that beforw u get the decision letter in the post any help would be great thank you so much, i can just wait the 2weeks but like everyone does im stressin to know what outcome was lol x

@millyb92 you usually get back pay first. You can call PIP about the decision, but they don't always tell you. The automated line is not 100% reliable either. Sometimes it is just better to wait for the decision letter.

Hi trevor thanks for reply the text says they wont tell me decision so im best to just wait i guess lol just wondered how long after this text people got back pay if any change x
