Do I reply to all messages in my journal?
Hopeless

I’m migrating to UC from ESA/HB and am unsure whether or not I’m supposed to reply to each message I get in my journal to basically say I’ve seen it. For instance, I have a biographical telephone appointment booked for me - do I reply to say ‘thank you - that’s fine’? Or do they just assume you’ve read it?

No you don't need to reply to every message saying you've seen it.
