Hi I am quite new I would like to say hi to everyone first I have mpn and struggle every day I get terrible pains in my feet hands knees and ankles I am about to have a bone marrow biopsy this Monday and have been getting bad pain so am expecting to be told it's progressed so as yo can emagine am worried on top of that when my feet touch the floor they turn blue have an vascular ultrasound next Wednesday and don't no what's coming any advise my name is Stuart

That sounds really stressful @Stuart2412. I'm afraid I don't have any specific advice, but I just wanted to say hello anyway. Have you been offered any pain relief at all to help you cope with the pain?
For the worrying, maybe you could find some engrossing hobbies to take your mind off it for a little while? I know that doesn't make it any easier to deal with what's going on, but it might help give you a break where you're not thinking about what's happening.
