I am really unclear on whether U.C can ask about my outgoing transactions on a review , if they cant is there a law I can quote?

Unfortunately they can ask and you will need to provide full bank statements.
I've been through one of these reviews myself so I sympathise.

Thank you , its very intrusive and are they trying to gather information on what we spend our money on ?

The questions they asked me were daft, but they seem to be looking for people hiding money, deliberate deprivation of capital etc.
