I received the text saying my review is complete Monday

If I ring the automated line today, Thursday, will this be accurate?
please advise me on this.

no. Telephone assessment a few weeks ago I received my usual payment a week afterwards

Now I’ve had the review is complete text Monday morning but waiting for the letter is killing me! I rang the automated line today and it’s saying next payment amount and when it’s due

I’m just trying to find out how often the automated line is updated to see if it’s correct
