Confused by message on journal?

Hi
So mum had her ID appointment at the job centre today everything went fine we had enough evidence for ID even though we have no up to date photo ID they actually accepted an old passport as she looks the same. So anyone who has no photo ID don't worry it can be done without.
However we just got back and I saw this message on her journal and we're confused because obviously mum was claiming ESA before applying for UC so do we have to let ESA know she's moved now because this says to tell them?
