By reading your other post, I'm guessing you've not lived independently for long and are finding things hard.
It is overwhelming and combined with (what sounds like) depression can feel even more so.
Obviously I don't know your situation, so when it comes to feeling low I can only speak from my own experience.
I have been at the utter depths of depression and in the past, in difficult situations (such as a new home) I have found it nearly impossible to cope. I've had to get through all of it on my own because I refuse to let anyone help me with anything. Even I know this isn't the right way to do things, and although I don't follow my own advice I urge you to speak to someone about it. Especially during this difficult time.
Feeling like you do now can feel permanent, but (in my experience) it isn't. You will get your new place sorted but you have to be proactive about things to get things moving. Whether that's speaking to your Doctor, making enquiries suggested in the link I'll leave, or hopefully both.
Anyway, take care.
I'll leave this link with information on many ways to find furniture for either free or cheap.
