Asa hi I feeling very low in pain and hopeless helpless

    I'm so sorry to hear you're in pain and feeling hopeless. Is there anything we can do to support you? Have you spoken to your GP about all of this?

    Have fibromyalgia hace been like this for 5 years. Not sure as can't get drs appointments .feel lost hopeless helpless and so down is there self referral.

    Helping imraan with pip review and he was sure that he is suffering from it but not sure we he has put anxiety. And not also depression..

    HHis daily l8fe is being impacted and nit feel liek eating drinking.

    Havjng fibro for him his in alot of pain and anxious always .dizzy drowziness

    Sorry to hear you're struggling @imranh112 many GPs surgeries lines open at 8am and if you don't get dialling at 7.59, it's very hard to get an appointment, so I'd suggest trying to call early if you can? If not, it could be worth calling 111 and explaining the situation to them and they can often get someone to call you back within a day or two?
