Hi, my name is loppy1983!
Hi, I started receiving pipe 2019, after a 90ft fall which left me disabled, and to they extent im classed as vulnerable adult, then around 2020 I found my baby brother dead. & I just could not live in that town anymore, the ADP HAS stopped my payments until the review form is complete and I've just moved to universal credit and I'm really struggling, the forms are sent back. Will they reinstate my payments

Hi @loppy1983 and a warm welcome. I'm really sorry to read all you've been and are going through. Are you struggling financially at the moment or is it the worry of waiting for a decision? I can't say for sure but given what you've shared, I'd hope that they would.

Hi,
If your ADP was stopped because they didn't receive the forms in time, then they will not usually reinstate payments automatically. If you (or a trusted person) can call them after the forms have been returned then they should reinstate payments.
If the award has ended because that was the set end date, then they may not reinstate payments until the review itself has been completed.
