    That is the hostile environment they are creating where people weigh the value of life against the imagined peacefulness of departure from their hellish existence. I have already have a DNR in place. I often dream about the moment when it all ends and whether there's anything beyond the nothingness of death. Whatever the truth, I'm just waiting for god at this point in my life.
