So what happens now after the pip changes got thrown out? Does the pip claimants carry on recieving there entitlement?

Hi @emma85 for now the initial changes proposed for current claimants has been parked, pending the Timms review. The Government has promised this review will be completed by Autumn 2026, and with disabled people.

So they will carry on getting there payments as normal?

Yes. The PIP changes put forward in the bill have been shelved until after the review.
