Hi all i wonder if anyone have answer to this please I applied for the Lcwra in July 2024 got decision in September 2024 got rejected ever since it's been on appeal finally last week I got reassessed & got awarded lcwra June 2025 last week I have been providing sick notes with no gaps since July 2024 up until now just wondering how the back date work is it from appeal date or 3 months from June 25th thank you

Congratulations on your LCWRA award, that must be a huge relief? I believe that back pay should be from three months after you originally handed in the first fit note, though some courts may do it from the date of the appeal decision. They'll end you a letter to let you know either way.
