It's really hard to know what will happen in the future and lots of things are still up in the air with the current set of reforms. But I don't think at this stage they'll be scrapping the health element completely. There's been a huge backlash towards the changes and many individuals and charities would be fighting against that if it did come up.
Whatever happens, I just hope we'll have a system where people are properly supported.
