Pip up for renew

hi
Have had my renew forms months back and had claim extended for 12 months presumably because of being busy
Have had an inform you only text from Serco health assessment advisory service saying they are handling my renew
My question is if I receive a face to face appointment am
I able to request phone consult as the person who helps me has broken her ankle and has 4 fractures to her foot so will not be able to get me too a face to face as can’t drive or travel
She is now in need of an operation which is 6/9 month wait so no hope of being mobile anytime soon

panicking and not even had a appointment for the review
How successful may I be requesting a phone review
Or am I being to scared of requesting a change

You may not get a face to face, but if you do, you call the assessment company in enough time and request a telephone assessment and give the reason you have given us about your helper not being available. I can't comment on the success of getting a change, but I don't see a problem.

I feel I have a genuine reason to request a change as would not be able to attend and also be alone with no support from the very person that knows me and my struggles
Wasn’t sure if they would just say no it’s not a thing you Will do what we say
