Possibility of backdating from 2010-2016

Hello everyone,
Hope You all doing well.
Got a question if anyone ever tried or been successful in backdating their PIP (think it was DLA at that time ) back to over 10 years +.
After hearing and seeing cases backdating from 2016 getting awarded PIP/DLA ,decided to try getting back what is mine.
Since losing my job to illness, wasn't getting any sort of benefit till 2016 ,when a support worker helped to apply for PIP,and although was refused in one,won a case in court.
Long story short, going back to 2010s everything that I tried to apply for was refused. After getting nowhere and getting only NOs back, just gave up.
All these DWP incompetence and lies that led me to live of credit cards getting insolvency and all flashbacks makes me want to throw another fight.
MP tried to find out why I wasn't paid anything, and DWP has an answer, that although I was refused after applying for DLA,ESA etc ., DWP states I didn't appeal .Reason I didn't, because everywhere I was refused any help, and being ill without any support ,that was too much for me,my partner ,my family.
So do we stand any chance of getting anything for years I was refused(2010-2016) or without proper solicitor there are no chances.
P.S I'm sorry my writing is mess, and probably not understandable, but will answer any questions, that may arise.
Thank You

You may get the same response, that you were refused the benefit and did not appeal, so they will not see a reason to backdate to 2010. In addition, a couple of members stated of late they did not get any back pay when they should have done. So your timing to try for back pay may be a bit on the late side.
Other than that, I can't say if you can or can't claim back backdated money.
