Next steps after re-decision form?

i put in a re-decision form,phoned up to see what’s happening and was told that a letter is getting sent out to me and I was to follow the next steps? What does this mean.

hi sorry,it’s for adult disability ,just curious as to what next steps mean as I’m now waiting on a letter .
