I am the founder and currently the executive Director of Voices of Hope Foundation-JuZa.

At Voices of Hope Foundation – JuZa, we are leading a transformative movement in Zanzibar to ensure that every child and youth with a disability can learn, participate, and thrive with dignity and a sense of belonging.
🎯 Our Goal by 2030:
Support 400 children and youth with disabilities to access quality, inclusive education through a community-led referral and accountability system across 30 schools and 50 communities.
🧩 Our Integrated Approach Includes:
– Disability rights training for families and educators
– School and community inclusion committees
– Referral systems linking schools, clinics, and social services
– Inclusive play and learning events
– Tracking learning outcomes and reducing stigma
🔄 Our Theory of Change:
When parents, teachers, local leaders, and service providers are empowered and connected, children with disabilities thrive, remain in school, and are embraced by their communities.
