Pip - Would my 10 year award be reviewed without my input?

I have a question to add on this post after receiving my PA4 report from 2017…
The PA4 was sent by dwp it seems that something happened or changed to my claim in 2021 whereby it's gone to a new assessor nothing changed and I heard nothing about this input towards my claim. I moved house in 2022 of which they included the copy of my letter I sent to them regards a cocs in new address. That's the only change since 2017.
I'm wondering would my 10 year award have been a review or updated without my input and advice relating to this change in 2021 where it's changed over, any advise asto anyone noticing anything like this would be great if anybody knows….
I've also noticed that my 10 year award letters from PIP each year just state the usual ongoing period for claim. And whatever happened to the move over to a new DM it's now showing ongoing which has got me very confused…… any advice would be greatly appreciated re this as I'm now worried with all going on with bills etc…

can anyone advise my comment on the above query, I think I may have been reviewed without my knowledge for something to cause input in 2021 changed Case Manager or DM I had moved 2022 that was it, bugging me why this would be a change on the PA4 report, I maybe reading too much into it I'm guessing it was just a change over if CM or DM?
