Hi, my name is Lola_lou! New prognosis, I am scared to tell pip incase they take me off PIP.

I currently gey ESA CB, and PIP standard care and Enhanced Mobility, I have just been diagnosed with Plumonary fibrosis along with a rare lung disease, the prognosis is not good, 1-3yrs maybe 5yrs, mortality, I am scared stiff to tell pip about this incase they take me off pip and I'd have to reapply. I can not take the stress of it.
This is all down to PM Mr Starmer and the Labour Party. I always voted for Labour, as they were always for the working class and the underclass, but the last 3 times I've voted Reform. It's awful that it's come to myself struggling to make ends meet, as I need more care and I'd rather pay for it than trigger a new claim. This is what the benefits system is doing to disabled people all because of Labour. What happened to their motto we abolish poverty, well guess what Labour you have added to it and made disabled people too frightened to claim what they are entitled to. Sorry for the rant.. lola_lou

Hello lola, sorry to hear the pressure you are under. I can relate to the stress of all things PIP. I know there is a PIP helpline or CAB who offer great advice, once you get through. I do hope the outcome of your claim means that you won't have to go through this process anymore. It's so cruel, putting sick people through such undeniable stress. Please try and get someone to help you, and good luck. Nyt

Thanks Sue, it's so hard to get the help you need to fill in forms etc, as I said I'm to frightened to rock the boat, incase I have to go through all the rig-ma-roll, it was hard having a reassessment every 2 yrs, I eventually had a 10yr award I have 5 yrs left on that, hence to worried to tell them I need more help as I can't go out as I can't breathe after walking 10ft, I have no one that can take me anywhere, I do have a wheelchair but no one to push it lol, I get there eventually, it's plucking up courage to ring PIP. 🫣

Make no mistake, if you've been disappointed by Labour's treatment, you would be disgusted by Reform's treatment big time.
All far-right parties, wherever they're, only know to talk about one thing and nothing else: immigration.
