I deliberately stay away from news and politics because it massively affects my sunny disposition. It's hard on this site because so many thread titles are news/politics based.

Don't worry about it, I got more upset than I should have done, but I'm a big boy and know I can't hide from every political comment. Besides, feeling amazing after my exercise, so no harm done 😄
